Beta FAQ
What does the free beta include?
Every company in the beta gets the Advanced plan with every add-on switched on, including payroll and extended data retention. Your access does not expire while the beta runs.
Is GPS tracking included?
Not yet. Location with each punch, geofences and a live map are planned for after the beta. To keep punches on the premises today, use IP and device locks, which every plan includes.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We do not take payments during the beta, so there is nothing to enter and nothing can be charged.
What happens when the beta ends?
Prices for the plans and add-ons are not set yet. Before the beta ends we will email your account admins with the prices, the date and how to choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically, because no payment details are stored.
Will I keep my data?
Your data is yours. The email we send before the beta ends will explain how your account moves to a plan, and you can also export all of your company data from the settings at any time.
Is there a phone app?
Not yet. During the beta the app runs in the browser, which works on phones as well as computers. Native iPhone and Android apps come later.
Can I change plans during the beta?
There is nothing to change: beta companies already have everything. The plan cards above show what each plan will include afterwards, so you can see where your team fits.
