Make sure punches come from the right place

Choose who the rules apply to: everyone, groups or single employees. Blocked attempts are logged so a manager can add the time.

Network (IP) locks

Allow punching only from approved networks, such as your office Wi-Fi, by IP address or range.

Let chosen employees sign in on the web only from browsers an admin has approved, such as the computer at the front desk.

The employee sees why the punch was refused, and the attempt shows up in the punch error log, where a manager can add the time.

Good to know: GPS location with each punch, geofences and a live map are not part of the beta. They are planned for after launch.

Job costing
Track time against locations, departments, positions, customers, projects and tasks, then report hours and cost per job.
Payroll and exports
Export approved hours as CSV files laid out for common payroll tools, or run gross-pay payroll and share pay stubs.
Reports
More than two dozen reports covering hours, overtime, time off, labor cost, attendance and edits, exportable to CSV or Excel.
