Free beta now open

Every hour counted, every shift covered

Tick Tack Timetrack is a time clock, time card and scheduling app for hourly teams. Your people punch in from any browser, managers approve hours in minutes, and payroll gets a clean file.

Free while the beta runs. No card needed. Works in the browser on phones and computers.

Why teams switch

Less chasing, fewer payroll surprises

  • No more paper or guesswork

Punches are recorded the moment they happen, with the time, place and job, instead of being pieced together at the end of the week.

  • Approvals in one pass

Overtime, breaks and time off are worked out for you. Managers check the exceptions, approve, and lock the pay period.

  • Payroll-ready exports

Download approved hours as a CSV file in a layout your payroll provider accepts, or run gross-pay payroll with the add-on.

Who it’s for

Built for teams that work in shifts and on the move

  • Crews in the field

Punch from a phone browser, group punch when a crew starts together, and job codes that split hours by project.

  • Shops, sites and front desks

A shared kiosk by the door, PINs or QR badges, and a schedule everyone can see.

  • Office and remote staff

Punch from the browser, request time off, and keep approvals moving without email threads.
