Employees punch in and out from any phone or computer browser, with breaks, job switching, notes and optional photo checks.
Kiosk and QR punching
Kiosk mode turns any browser into a shared punch station. Employees punch with a PIN or by scanning their QR badge.
Time cards and overtime
Review, approve and lock time cards, with overtime, breaks and pay periods calculated for you.
Scheduling
Drag-and-drop shift scheduling with open shifts, templates, availability, shift trades and labor cost.
Time off
Requests, approvals, accruals, holidays and blackout dates, with balances employees can check themselves.
Attendance and alerts
A live view of who is working, plus alerts and reminders for late arrivals, missed breaks, overtime and blocked punches.
Network and device locks
Limit punching to your office network by IP address, and web sign-in to browsers you have approved.
Job costing
Track time against locations, departments, positions, customers, projects and tasks, then report hours and cost per job.
Payroll and exports
Export approved hours as CSV files laid out for common payroll tools, or run gross-pay payroll and share pay stubs.
Reports
More than two dozen reports covering hours, overtime, time off, labor cost, attendance and edits, exportable to CSV or Excel.
Team management
Invite employees, import them from a spreadsheet, set roles and manager access, send announcements and run onboarding checklists.
Security and records
Two-factor sign-in, passkeys, role-based access, a full audit trail and data export you control.
